HI - Our Innate Human Technology

Everyone's racing to upskill on AI - you know the 'insane new updates'.
🤯 That tool you learned yesterday, now 'killed' by a new one today....
We absolutely should be - I know I am.
But here's what not enough HUMANS are talking about:
The other side of the equation.
In all the breathless scramble to automate our way to 'productivity' and get an ROI on the AI ‘transformation’.
We're forgetting the thing that makes we HUMANS in the equation irreplaceable.
With circa 80%+ of AI deployments to-date failing - this could be the missing piece.
🙂 Your HI.
Now — HI doesn't stand for one thing.
It’s not meant to.
HI is the full spectrum of everything that is irresistibly and irreplaceably HUMAN.
The sum of our total HUMAN Impact if you like.
⭐ At its foundation — HUMAN Identity or that ‘Brand You’.
Who you are. Your values, your story, your distinctiveness.
The redundancy, time left on the shelf, the algorithmn can’t take this away from you.
But HI goes far beyond identity - there's:
🤔 HUMAN Intuition — the felt sense crafted from a life of experience that no data set captures.
😉 HUMAN Impetuousness - spontaneity and 'unprompted' action when the moment presents.
🧐 HUMAN Ingenuity — the creative leap that comes from genuine curiosity and necessity.
🤝 HUMAN Integrity — the trust that only comes from being consistently and authentically real.
To name but a few.
These are part of our HUMAN software - our code.
HI is your built-in, proprietary, innate HUMAN technology.
And in a world racing to automate the WHAT —
Your HI is the WHY, the WHO and the HOW.
How we are BEING becomes more valuable the more AI DOES.
So here's my question:
In all the time you've spent learning AI tools this year —
How much time have you spent deliberately investing in your HI?
